The National Police College (NPC) officially launched its Women’s Month Celebration on March 3, 2025, during the traditional Monday flag-raising ceremony. The event, held at the NPC grounds, was attended by student officers from the Public Safety Officers Advanced Course (P PSOAC) and Public Safety Officers Senior Executive Course (PSOSEC), along with NPC staff and faculty.
NPC Director DR. ROMEO S. MAGSALOS, DPSSG, MPSA led the ceremony, emphasizing the critical role of women in law enforcement and public service. He highlighted NPC’s commitment to fostering gender equality, leadership, and empowerment within the police force.
A special highlight of the event was the inspirational message from PCPT Atty. Lenei Rosales, a student officer, who spoke about the resilience, dedication, and leadership of women in uniform. She encouraged fellow officers to advocate for gender inclusivity and support women’s empowerment in their respective roles.
The event set the tone for a month-long celebration featuring activities that recognize the achievements and contributions of women in public safety. NPC remains steadfast in promoting diversity and equal opportunities, ensuring that every officer, regardless of gender, plays a vital role in upholding peace and security.
