Witnessed by officers from the Public Safety Officer Advanced Course (PSOAC) and Public Safety Officer Senior Executive Course (PSOSEC), the event was graced by NPC Director Dr. Romeo S. Magsalos, DPSSG, MPSA, along with NPC faculty and staff.
