As part of the week-long celebration of the National Police College’s (NPC) 31st Founding Anniversary, a Fun Run was held on February 12, 2025, at the NPC Silang Campus. The event gathered the student-officers of the Public Safety Officer Advanced Course (PSOAC) and the Public Safety Officer Senior Executive Course (PSOSEC), along with NPC personnel, in a spirited display of camaraderie, endurance, and commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
Leading the event was NPC Director Dr. Romeo S. Magsalos, who emphasized the importance of physical fitness in law enforcement and the need for unity among future public safety leaders. The Fun Run, which featured different race categories, served not only as a test of endurance but also as a symbol of NPC’s ongoing mission to strengthen leadership, discipline, and well-being among its officers.
Participants ran through scenic routes within the NPC Silang Campus, enjoying the fresh air while reinforcing the bonds of teamwork and perseverance. The event concluded with an awarding ceremony recognizing top finishers, followed by a short message from Dr. Magsalos, who encouraged all attendees to maintain a commitment to health and service.
The NPC Fun Run 2025 successfully set the tone for a week of celebration, embodying the strength, resilience, and unity of the institution’s 31-year legacy.
