Every first Friday of the month, Catholic officers from the Public Safety Officer Advanced Course (PSOAC) and Public Safety Officer Senior Executive Course (PSOSEC) at the National Police College gather for the solemn celebration of the First Friday Mass. This time-honored tradition fosters spiritual renewal, strengthens moral values, and deepens camaraderie among future law enforcement leaders.

Through prayers, scripture readings, and heartfelt reflection, officers seek divine guidance and strength as they navigate the challenges of public service. The Mass serves as a sacred moment to reaffirm their commitment to integrity, justice, and ethical leadership—principles essential in maintaining peace and order. It also provides a source of inner strength, inspiring officers to lead with wisdom, humility, and compassion.

Beyond religious observance, the First Friday Mass nurtures a culture of faith-driven service, reminding officers that their duty extends beyond enforcement—it is a vocation of selfless dedication to the nation and its people.
