The message of the Secretary for the Interior and Local Government Eduardo Año during the PPSC 28th Anniversary where he served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. The SILG thanked the College for its service in honing and training the skills of public safety and security personnel as they become matino, mahusay at maaasahang public servants. It was replayed at the National Police College Recognition and Awarding Ceremonies in support of the PPSC’s 28th Founding Anniversary. Dr. Ricardo F. De Leon, gave his guidance to NPC that the same video should be shown and viewed by all classes in every NPC Campuses (Npc Main Campus-SIlang, Cavite, NPC MAgalang, Pampanga, NPC Cebu, NPC Davao and NPC Zamboanga).
