As part of the week-long celebration of the National Police College’s (NPC) 31st Founding Anniversary, the much-anticipated NPC Barrio Fiesta kicked off on February 17, 2025, at the NPC Silang Campus. The three-day festivity, which ran until February 19, was a colorful showcase of Filipino culture, tradition, and community spirit, organized and participated in by student-officers from the Public Safety Officer Advanced Course (PSOAC) and the Public Safety Officer Senior Executive Course (PSOSEC).

Under the leadership of NPC Director Dr. Romeo S. Magsalos, the Barrio Fiesta brought the campus to life with vibrant booths representing different regions of the country. Each booth highlighted local delicacies, traditional games, and artistic displays, giving participants a taste of the rich heritage of the Philippines. Student-officers eagerly competed in booth design, culinary presentations, and cultural performances, fostering teamwork, creativity, and appreciation for diversity.

Dr. Magsalos praised the participants for their enthusiasm and dedication, emphasizing that the NPC’s commitment to excellence extends beyond public safety training to include cultural awareness and community engagement. The NPC Barrio Fiesta successfully strengthened camaraderie and unity among officers, making the 31st Founding Anniversary a truly memorable celebration
