NPC Holds Traditional Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony

The National Police College (NPC) held its traditional Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony on March 3, 2025, bringing together student officers from the Public Safety Officers Advanced Course (PSOAC) and Public Safety Officers Senior Executive Course (PSOSEC), along with NPC staff and faculty. The event, held at the NPC grounds, was led by NPC Director DR. ROMEO S. MAGSALOS, DPSSG, MPSA, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to discipline, patriotism, and public service.

The ceremony began with the solemn raising of the Philippine flag, followed by the singing of the national anthem and the recitation of the Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat ng Pilipinas. In his message, DR. ROMEO S. MAGSALOS, DPSSG, MPSA emphasized the importance of leadership, integrity, and service in law enforcement. He reminded the officers of their duty to uphold the core values of professionalism and excellence as they undergo rigorous training.

The gathering also served as a platform to discuss key programs and updates within NPC, fostering a sense of camaraderie and unity among officers and staff.
