On February 1, 2024, the Filipino American Law Enforcers (FALEO) officers embarked on a significant visit to the National Police College, marking a crucial step in their ongoing commitment to professional development and community engagement. The Public Safety Officer Basic Course and Lateral Program participated in this enriching activity to advance their skill sets and strengthen ties with fellow law enforcement professionals.

The visit to the National Police College provided FALEO officers with a unique opportunity to delve deeper into various aspects of law enforcement, including tactical strategies, conflict resolution techniques, and community policing approaches. Through interactive workshops, hands-on training sessions, and insightful discussions led by seasoned instructors, participants gained valuable insights and practical knowledge to better serve and protect their communities.

One notable highlight of the event was the introduction of Pickleball, a sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. FALEO officers, known for their dedication to promoting physical fitness and well-being among their ranks, seized the opportunity to embrace this new activity to foster camaraderie and healthy competition within the law enforcement community.
