May 04, 2023, marks the culmination of the PSOAC Class 2022-08 as they complete their Mandatory Course with a joyous graduation ceremony. The said event was graced by the NPC Director: Dr. Romeo S. Magsalos, MPSA, NPC Pampanga Campus Director: PLTCOL RONILO C SONIO, and the Guest of Honor and Speaker: Hon. Jeorge Antonio P. Bustos, PATROL Party List Representative who was ably represented by his son, Hon. Jose Antonio “TonTon” Bustos, Mayor of Masantol, Pampanga.
