The Director of the National Police College: DR. ROMEO SEVILLA MAGSALOS, MPSA, was hailed as one of the Outstanding Alumnus of the renowned Master in Public Safety Administration (MPSA) program of the Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC) on September 29, 2023 at the PPSC Heroes Hall during the MPSA & MCDRM Alumni Homecoming with the Theme: “Moving Forward and Paving the Way for Sustainable Academic Programs to Manage Public Safety and Security Challenges and Develop Responsive Modern-Day Leaders”. The event was graced by the Director General of the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA): DR. RICARDO F. DE LEON, MPSA, and other prominent officials in the Private and Public sectors.
