NPC@29: No Other Way, But Up! – National Police College

The high spirit feels in the celebration of NPC’s 29th Founding Anniversary with the theme, “Valuing Cyber Crime and Security Education in Public Safety Profession!”

Despite the odds of delay, the implementation of Hybrid Learning Modalities helped our numbers in 2022 soar to motivate us to keep on pounding. We had successfully accomplished 45 classes with 2,110 learners along with 2020 and 2021 carry-over classes and 1,311 learners. Our learners have developed a holistic agent of change for professionalized public safety and security officers (physical, spiritual, social, cultural, and GAD). We track them thru the hybrid conduct of classes.

Moving towards digitization, NPC now implements a Digital Student Information System (DSIS) to offer better and wider access to public safety education from registration to graduation, course implementation, and research along with the full operationalization of Academic Centers.

As to Quality Management System, we maintain our ISO 9001:2015 and ensure that we progress toward more certifications! Adhering to such a system adds up to our projection as a professional institution to produce quality graduates. Such advantage gain grounds to forge more local and international linkages as well as community partnerships and extension service programs.

Thru the National Security Framework, PBBM’s U.N.I.T.E., PPSC Legacy 2030 outlined by Former PPSC President and now Director General PLTGEN RICARDO F DE ELON, Ph.D., and the CARING Strategy to be supported by PPSC New President PBGEN FERDINANDO G SEVILLA, Ret, MPSA, we already have the roadmap in carrying out public safety education and training.

With all these, we are aware, sensitive, responsive and transformative, and motivated to produce more learning leaders in the entire NPC Campuses of Silang, Pampanga, Cebu, Davao, and Zamboanga. Hence, a premier educational institution.
